Manhattan School of Music is pleased to present its Amato Opera-in-Brief performance of Engelbert Humperdinck's Hansel and Gretel to students in grades 2-6. Prior to the performance, the cast will introduce and explain key vocabulary and elements of the opera. Following this preview, they will present a 40-minute version of the opera, complete with scenery and costumes. The performance will conclude with a Q & A between the audience and cast.

This school-day concert is free and is open to all school groups, home school groups, and to the general public. The program is targeted at grades 2-6. For special assistance in registering your school group, please contact Jodi Kane by e-mail or at 845.295.2521.
