POWER OF GNOSTIC MEDITATION - 9-week program Spiritual experience comes to those who practice. This is our regular 9-week program, designed to help you experience the huge potential within the timeless teachings of Gnosis. This class is a drop-in, so you can join us at any time, NEWCOMERS WELCOME!. By practicing some simple exercises, you can change your life in a fundamental way. Through mindfulness and techniques of self-study, you can be at peace and overcome life�s many obstacles. With astral travel, you can explore another dimension of existence. Meditation allows you to experience higher spiritual states, being free from the stresses of life, and you can tap into latent psychic faculties with special mantras. Week by week, you'll learn all of these techniques, and many more, all geared towards bringing you spirituality in its practical form. Description Spirituality in its purest form is the practical means to a happy life. It encompasses everything from psychology and inner change all the way through to the exploration of non-physical realms and mystical experiences. These things, however, are obscure by and large these days. Most commonly found are various beliefs and doctrines about the spiritual, which contradict each other, instead of providing clear truths. Fortunately, there is a way to personally verify spiritual things and uncover true knowledge. Throughout humankind's history, small groups of people, some would call them mystics, have dedicated themselves to the pursuit of this knowledge. Instead of believing, they practiced special techniques to gain first-hand knowledge of life. The Power of Gnostic Meditation is a three term course in practical spirituality, following this mystical thread of experience. Each term lasting nine weeks consists of a series of simple techniques to explore spiritual topics on an experiential level. Techniques include: � meditation for spiritual clarity � mindfulness and self-observation to explore spiritual peace and one's own psychology � chanting mantras to experience psychic faculties � exercises of lucid dreaming and astral projection to explore life beyond the body � and many others... By taking the course, students will learn a wide range of techniques, their use, and how to apply them to explore the amazing world of spirituality for themselves. The Class Schedule The course will run once per week, always on Thursdays, at 7:30 PM. Also please try to arrive ten minutes BEFORE the scheduled start time each week, as this will enable us to run the course smoothly and help you to get most from your learning experience. All our programs and talks are free of charge. Donations are welcome. The Cafe will be open 30 minutes before and after the event. Can't make it to the course? Don't be disheartened.
