Alumna Paola Civoli Bagnatori (IH 1949-1952) will come back to I-House to be guest chef for Italian Night on Tuesday, December 2 in the I-House Dining Commons on the 2nd floor. The menu is as follows:
Kale and Bean Soup
Fennel & Orange Salad
Pepperonata (Pickled Peppers)
Roast Pork with Tuna Sauce
Chicken Saltimboca
Cannoli
Everyone is welcome to join I-House residents for these special all-you-can-eat buffet dinners. Cultural theme dinners are free for residents and at $9.75, a bargain for the public
