Description
The best thing about John Elliott's music is that it defies category. The bottom line is John is regarded by audiences and peers as one of the most engaging singer/songwriters on the contemporary folk/Americana music scene. Heavily influenced by Dylan and Springsteen, his voice, with its "stylistic melancholy tone and charisma," has been featured on Grey's Anatomy, NPR and iPods, in cars and at campfires. "American in Love" is John's fifth album and the first to be released under his name. His four previous albums were under the project name The Hereafter.
