Senior (Fine Wine) Yoga and Laughter Therapy Class: Mostly Chair Yoga, some standing depending on the students :) Gentle Warm up, Chair Yoga and some standing poses, Breathing Techniques, Office Yoga, Stretching, Meditation and Laughter Yoga. Focusing on using our core muscles - strengthening our bodies in case of a fall - being able to get back up to call for help! Don't forget, we will have fun with it! BEGINNERS WELCOME - NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
