Bellingham Fun & Fitness Friends Meetup

Workout walk & chat around Lake Padden. Not the standard lake trail, but the trails OFF the beaten path and around it including the expert bike trails in the back. Dogs welcome on this walk. Bring your stopwatch & heart rate monitor if you have one. I'll include a record on this site of the distance/time we walked if you'd like to add it to a workout log or somesuch. It's a muddy romp, so be prepared for slog. My name is Jean and I'll have a boxer on the end of the leash. I plan on leaving the south end parking lot (dog park end) 5 minutes after the scheduled time above and will be walking counterclockwise around the lake.
