A sexy lounge meets a sedate dining room. Both share a seafood-heavy menu, a vast international wine list and an energetic staff. Some plates look better than they taste, others thrill, among them brandied crab bisque, gnocchi sauced with crab and brie, soy-marinated salmon and tea-smoked duck. The 75 wines by the glass include 20 bubblies. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner plus two happy hours daily; live music five nights a week.
