Tuesday Eastgate Run - Spiritridge & Phantom Lake

Come get some exercise before your Thanksgiving feast! This is a great run for these dark nights! Group running is a fun way to make good on your determination to keep up your fitness through the winter or get started on your goals for next spring. All abilities welcome! There will be two options: 2.4 miles and 4.1 miles. (I may add a 6-miler too. Let me know if this interests you.) We all start out together. The 2.4 mile route turns around earlier. Both routes are on safe paved paths or sidewalks in a pretty, wooded residential area. The 2.4-mile Spiritridge loop can be found here. The 4.1-mile Spiritridge and Phantom Lake loop can be found here. On the muddy nights, we will run along 161st Ave SE instead of the unpaved trail. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. We will leave at 6:35P. Please check out the route maps if you'd like to connect up with us late. *** PLEASE UPDATE YOUR "Maybe" RSVP TO "Yes" OR "No" BY TUESDAY 5PM *** A good place to park is at the back of the Starbucks lot, along the fence. There is additional parking across the street at the Embassy Suites hotel or near McDonald's or Jack in the Box, but it probably isn't needed. Hope to see you there!
