Let's do an easy run of 2-5 miles...walkers and newcomers encouraged to join us!! Bring a friend as this a great chance to learn the loops in the area and then you will feel more comfortable coming to Saturday morning for longer runs. Daylight is getting scarce now, so maybe bring a headlamp just in case...
