Discussion for "Photographer's Choice"

We're going to do something a little different for this meeting. Because we are having more folks attend our meetings we are limiting the number of assignment photos to five. We will show and discuss everybody's five assignment photos first, and as time allows we will discuss other photos in a round robin fashion. Hopefully this will accomplish two things: It will give us an adequate amount of time to thoughtfully critique each photo, and it will ensure that all the assignment photos are reviewed before we go on to other photos. So to facilitate this please put your five best assignment photos in one folder on a flash drive, and any other photos in different folder. The assignment is to select some aspect of photography that you find interesting and to create five photos using that aspect. We'll call it "Photographer's Choice". Maybe you would like to experiment with high key or low key images, or street photography, or maybe selective focus, or artificial lighting, or macros, or how light varies throughout the day, or whatever. So go make five new photos in the area of your choice and tell us what you were trying to accomplish.
