3-Week Self Defense Course for Women

Women of all ages- this is your opportunity to gain self defense skills, confidence, and peace of mind. This three week accelerated course is designed for those who canÂÂ't devote their lives to martial arts but need to protect themselves in this changing world. The emphasis is on strategy, not brute strength; intelligence, not muscle; defense, not aggression. You will learn how to properly defend and survive against close contact attacks by utilizing simple-to-learn and simple-to-execute techniques. Experienced instructor, Gerry Ebalaroza-Tunnell is a certified Martial Arts Instructor and has 27 years of martial arts and self defense training. She has been teaching self defense to women in the Pacific Northwest for the past nine years. This 3-week course will be $120.00 per person. *Kubotan- self defense weapon will be taught during the 2nd week of this course and is included in the price.
