Over the last three years the Black Market has established itself as Belfast’s best-loved alternative craft market. No longer a well kept secret, the market attracts hundreds of punters each month from Belfast and all over the world, each hunting for that one-off find they know they won’t get anywhere else.

The Black Market is a celebration of creativity and the DIY spirit, a marketplace showcasing the work of independent artists, designers, illustrators and crafters alongside bountiful stalls from collectors of records, books and vintage clothing.

Whether you’re looking for some rare vinyl, a one-off vintage piece or jewellery design, kitsch homeware or fantastic local art, the Black Market is guaranteed to please and surprise.

Much more than just a market, each month there is music from guest DJs; live bands, film screenings and workshops on a regular basis and a selection of boardgames in the café. There are sweet and savoury homebaked delights available as well as tea/coffee and a full bar. Families and children are very welcome - alcohol will be available only with a valid ID.

The Black Market provides stalls free of charge, with a voluntary donation to local charities.
