Camp Bow Wow-Bedford Heights and Southeast Harley Davidson are hosting a pet adopt-a-thon and fundraiser on Saturday Aug. 11th from 10a-2p at Southeast Harley. Enjoy 1960’s girl pop music from The “PopTarts”! Free face painting! Learn basic pet massage techniques from a licensed pet massage therapist! See a demonstration from the Bedford Heights Police Canine Unit! Great vendors too! Family Fun and something for everyone! Chance Auctions with Interesting Gift Baskets, White Elephant Raffle, Pets Supplies Donation Drive and Refreshments… ALL proceeds will be divided among the 6 organizations that were invited. 5 will be bringing pets awaiting adoption: Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter, Friends of the Cleveland Kennel, Cleveland APL, Rose’s Rescue and Suburban Animal Centre. The 6th is “Wags for Warriors”, who unite veterans returning home from war with an appropriate dog to help with PTSD or TBI.
