Moodle Gradebook at Louisiana State University and A&M College

The LSU Moodle gradebook is customized for LSU users. There are many features that allow instructors to track students' performance efficiently. In this workshop, participants will learn how to setup a new gradebook. The main topics of this hands-on workshop include:

- Setting up your letter grade scale in the gradebook
- Selecting proper aggregation (calculation) methods in the gradebook
- Creating gradebook items and category structure
- Entering grades and feedback for students
- Viewing a student's user report
- Curving grades
- Offering extra credit
- Viewing basic statistics on gradebook items
- Posting course letter grades from Moodle to PAWS
- Importing and exporting grades in Moodle gradebook

Participants will also learn where and how to get help: GROK, help desk, and the Faculty Technology Center.
