Mary Scholz

Mary Scholz is a Philadelphia singer/songwriter who is breaking onto the scene and bringing her guitar and piano with her. Singing since the age of four and writing since about fourteen, her music is has a lyric folk sound with a bittersweet twist that puts her in a category all her own. Growing up singing in church, Mary's voice resonates with a clarity and emotion that engages her listeners from the first note. Having recently completed her training with a BFA from the University of the Arts, Mary is spending her time playing gigs all around Philadelphia. Also an actress, Mary can be found doing work on independant films and theatre.
