The Mini/Max System is a simple step-by-step program for Ontario realtors who wish to become listing agents. The system requires minimum time and producing maximum results. This two day course, taught by 25 year realtor Chilla Riddle, focuses on effective communication and customer service for servicing today's Ontario real estate market. Youll improve in critical areas such as:- Building your Client Base- Advertising- Winning FSBO (For Sale By Owner) listings- Working With Different Types of Buyers and Sellers- Farming- Conducting Open Houses- Time Management- Goal Setting

Course Dates: November 27-28 from 10AM - 3:30PM (2 DAY COURSE)
Course Location: Venue TBA, Markham, ON
Course Cost: $795 + GST (includes course re-takes for one year)
Registrants may take the course (or any part of the course) again as a refresher as many times as they like for upto one year. Continental breakfast + lunch will be served both days of the course.
Those who do not register online prior to the event or do not provide payment within 3 business days of the event (IE by November 24) will be charged $875 + GST at the door. Payment at the event may be made via cash, credit card money order or certified cheque only.
