Nordic Ski in the Natural Park of Pyrénées : S. Joan de l'Erm

SNOW & METEO BULLETTIN : - snow conditions are good : up to 70cm ... while people enjoy skiing on artificial snow, contaminating the environment using funiculars and wasting electrical & petrol energy we will simply use our legs to walk in the natural snow of the Pyrenees "Park". Don't worry about your level ! This is not a ski competition ! HIKING PLANNING : a weekend : 10 & 11 January - Meeting Point : in Barcelona, as usual. - Trip map : MICHELIN Hiking Description : enjoy the nature walking in the snow ! NORDIC SKI - CROSS COUNTRY CIRCUITS ARE OPEN. - KM 23 of circuits are open ! - SNOW : 20/70 CM ( POWDER AND NATURAL SNOW ) # Green Circuit : 7 km : just for beginners and babies... # Blue Circuit : 15 km : may be # Yellow Circuit : 26 km : may be # Black Circuit : 2 km : only for expert skiers, next time. SNOWSHOE : this snow walking option is available. Hiking Photos : General view Parc Ski station ...some nice slide photos - Hiking Elevation : 1.700 mt - 2.050 mt ( we will remain on easy hikes ) - Hiking Period : 10th all day ; the 11th : all the day until 16.00 pm - Hiking Distance : we are free to turn around all the day... - Hiking Map : a general nice map - Hiking Rates : beginners allowed ; just walking and learning a new sport... - Hiking Technical Rates : easy. Accommodation Type : Refuge - Fees : only Accommodation 19 Euro. Half pension available at 29.00 Euro - Note : you should bring with you a rucksack - Founds : if the Refuge owner will ask some found I will send a separate e-mail about it.
