Description
Meet in front of the main gates to the Park de Ciutadella, the entrance that faces the Arc de triomph, and we can go from there, the distance will be roughly 4 miles (6.5km) to begin with. This should take an average jogger no more than 35 minutes at a medium pace. Once we get to know routes people can pair off with similar fitness levels and we can choose different routes but always starting from the same place at same time, we will always wait 5 minutes while we organise but no more so please be on time :-) Please note people run at their own risk, and please if you have any medical condition make sure you let someone know and be sensible, run within your abilities.
