Ladies Clothing Exchange
Time to clean out those Closets!!!
Is your closet bursting at the seams with your clothes you never wear anymore, shoes that were on sale but don’t fit, pocketbooks that you had to have but now never use? What about that perfume that Auntie Griselda gave you for Christmas that you don’t particularly care for but perhaps someone else would really enjoy? Here is a great way to clean out your closet and have fun with other women of the church.
Neighborhood Church will be hosting a Ladies Clothing Exchange This Friday, November 14th from 7pm-9pm.
How does clothing exchange work? You clean out your closet! Then bring your gentlyused or new clothing , shoes, bags, and/or accessories to the church on November 14that 7pm. All clothing should be on hangers, if possible. We put all the items together, have a snack and a cup of tea or coffee, check out the items that others brought and decide if there are any we want to take home. Preferably not the ones we brought! The take some, leave some concept comes through! Recycling at its best! The items that remain at the end of the night will be donated to a charity, homeless
shelter, Salvation Army, good will etc.!
Every lady attending will be asked to bring one plate of goodies to share while “shopping”. There is no cost for this event, and it is a great opportunity to invite your friends and have fun at our church! So make it a girls’ night out with your pals!
