THE STORY OF LIFE (AND MUSIC) AFTER DEATH: On April 20, 2012, during a performance at Ram's Head Live, Telesma's Ian Hesford suffered a near-fatal heart attack. His heart stopped for a full hour, but with the swift action of a couple of knowledgeable audience members and the skilled EMTs who desperately tried to pump life back into him for over 90 minutes, his life was spared. Ian's amazing recovery has been called miraculous, even by the medical staff at Mercy Medical Center's Critical Care Unit, where he was nursed back to health for three weeks. This TELESMA: Resurrection performance is a celebration of Ian Hesford's triumphant return to the stage.
