B'more Healthy Expo

FOX45/THE CW BALTIMORE “B’MORE HEALTHY EXPO” COMES TO
THE BALTIMORE CONVENTION CENTER, SATURDAY, MARCH 17

WBFF-TV and WNUV-TV are pleased to announce its 3rd Annual B’More Healthy Expo, presented in partnership with MedStar Health.

The B’More Healthy Expo will be held Saturday, March 17th, from 10 AM to 5 PM at the Baltimore Convention Center. Admission is free.

FOX45/CW Baltimore General Manager Bill Fanshawe says, “The B’More Healthy Expo is a great opportunity to show FOX45 and the CW Baltimore’s commitment to the health and fitness of our community.” Doctors, fitness and nutrition experts, and health professionals from all over Maryland will be available for health screenings, risk assessments and to consult with attendees sharing resources as to how they can be more healthy and fit.

The event will be jam-packed with interactive exhibits, health screenings, activities and entertainment. Fitness experts will lead workouts and classes. The Dance Stage will present performances and instructions in a variety of dance styles. On the “What’s Cooking?” stage, local chefs will prepare foods that are good-tasting and nutritious. There’s be plenty of fun and healthy activities for all ages including family workouts, sport challenges, coaching ..all designed to help prevent childhood obesity. Attendees can experience the latest Exergames, rock climbing wall, golf, football and more!

University of Maryland Gymkana will present three spectacular gymnastic shows at 11AM, 1 PM, and 3PM!
