Patterson Park Pool
Patterson has a separate, deeper tank for adults and serious swimmers. You will have to make some concessions for all that good stuff. On our last visit, a very young and very committed guard insisted that we exit the pool area through a spray of water, despite the fact that we'd already changed into our street clothes. And the whole scene can get raucous and out-of-hand during the daytime. But drop by on a hot summer evening and you'll find that all the problems--all your problems period--melt away as you take that first dive into the cool water.
