Yeah, sure, everyone makes philly cheesesteaks, BUT do they use real Amoroso's rolls shipped daily FROM PHILLY? Would the average place go out of their way to try to bring the taste of Philly down here? This place does -- why? Because the owners, Jamie and Danny, grew up in Philly. This is just a good foundation to start on to build a good cheesesteak. Three options for cheese -- Provolone, the Whiz, or American, and then the grilled onions. THAT is a Philly Cheesesteak -- bread, meat (no steak ems here! according to the site, someone actually asked that), cheese, and the optional (wit or witout) onions -- nothing more than what is needed. No Mayo. No lettuce. No tomatoes. No swiss cheese or any of that stuff -- stay home and order a sub from your local chain sandwich place instead if that's what you want.
