The holidays are coming and it's a time when tempers are high and everyone is hustling and bustling to get things done. Well before all this happens, let's try to find that inner peace so that we can be a lil calmer when the crazy times come. Navasha Daya, the lead singer of Fertile Ground is having a "Peace Within" meditation class. She will let us do a drop in class for $15. About the session: It will take a deeper look at who you are as a whole being. Stress relief techniques. Meditation Techniques to deepen focus and self- awareness. Deepening Intuition and other spiritual tools Time: Wednesday - 7pm - 8pm Cost: $15 So ladies, I hope you can join me as we find "Peace Within"
