The 1st Mariner Arena is a multi-purpose facility located in Baltimore, Maryland. The 1st Mariner Arena Baltimore originally opened in 1962 under the name the Civic Center. The name was changed in 1986 to the Baltimore Arena; its present name was not established until 2003. Since opening, the 1st Mariner Arena Baltimore has welcomed about 800,000 patrons a year. The 1st Mariner Arena is currently home to the MISL’s Baltimore Blast and the AIFL’s Baltimore Mariners. With about 120 events a year, the 1st Mariner Arena Baltimore has become the city’s largest and most popular indoor sports and entertainment venue.For over 40 years great acts have appeared on the 1st Mariner Arena schedule of events.
