Description
In this class you will learn the basic fundamental movements of bellydance in order to help you achieve weight loss, stress reduction, aid digestion among many other great benefits. Zina does not focus on one type of Bellydance but instead is fluent in many types including Turkish, Tribal, Cabaret, Traditional and even Hip Hop and incorporates them all. Belly dancing is supposed to be unique and everyone has their own styles so Zina chooses to teach as many styles as she can. You will be introduced to many types of beautiful music slow, fast and everything in between. Also from Middle Eastern to Modern day Hip Hop. The first couple weeks of this class will focus on becoming familiar with the movements and eventually Zina will teach some choreography and even some full on dances.
