Description
The TTC Fundraiser in Seattle
 with
Jean Kilbourne, author
"So Sexy So Soon: The New Sexualized Childhood and What parents can do to Protect their Kids"
Come eat, drink, and mingle with others who are invested in giving young people a safe space to tell the truth, create healthy relationships with self and others, and discover the passion and fire that ignites their hearts and fuels their passion for a world that works for all. Come, meet parents, staff, board members, and the teens themselves and hear how having a weekly Talking Circle they can count on has helped them in the ways that matter.
You'll have an opportunity to experience first hand what it's like to be part of an ongoing circle, learn a little about how to use Compassionate Listeningsm with your family, co-workers and most importantly yourself, and feel part of a growing community of like-minded people who care deeply about the welfare of young people. If you go to one fundraiser this year, this is the one you will want to be at. Space is limited to 60 people so that we can keep this an intimate experience - and we always fill up.
For more information contact Linda Wolf at 206-842-3000 and register here.
