Description
It is recommended you carry water with you. The walk starts and stops at the Blackwater River, and goes up and down the streets of Bagdad. Bagdad is an old lumber town with most houses dating from the 1800's to the late 1950's. Walk will pass many of the old homes, churches, the museum which was also an old church, and around the cemetery. There are no stores or resturants in this quaint old town and only a porta -a-potty at the start/finish.. This walk is open daily from 7:00 am to dusk. Stock up on supplies while you register.
