The current system in use for Staff annual performance evaluation was instituted last year with two levels of evaluation forms and was a first step in the process of moving to a year-round and multi-level system designed to provide quality assessment based upon the requirements, demands and responsibilities of the position held by the employee being evaluated.
This year we have expanded the various evaluation levels with the inclusion of 2 additional forms (Level Three and Level Four),which are designed to allow us to evaluate the performance and progress of individuals on specifics that measure against their job classification. Also included this year is a formal Goal Planning sheet for use and inclusion with each evaluation. We will use these Word Document evaluation forms which require a hard copy being signed and forwarded to the Office of Human Resources. Please join us for this training session to review the evaluation forms, guidelines, and instructions.
