First performed in 1888, the Requiem  was written "for the pleasure of it" in Fauré's own words. Written between the deaths of his father and mother, the work has often been described as an expression of his own personal loss.

Also featuring hymn works by Rev. Leung, arranged by APU music students and performed by the APU Men's Chorale and the APU Jazz Vocal Ensemble.

Admission is free (this is not a ticketed event). Doors open approximately 20 minutes prior to the concert.
