guided meditation/ potluck

we will begin Orin's audio guided meditation of transforming with Divine will I have done a few of the steps of this course and it is very powerful and I am excited to be able to complete the tapes and share them with others I highly recommend experiencing these guided mediation's the link to explain the process in a bit more detail is http://www.orindaben.... Every 3 weeks we will do a tape They are very relaxing yet energizing and transforming This first session we will listen to the first guided meditation in the Transforming with Divine Will series, than after wards we will share with each other what we brought for the potluck and than share our experiences and insights if you would like (or you can remain silent if you wish) As usual this is a potluck event (My soap box belief is its very important to share food with each other in a social setting helps strengthen the community and each other)
