Brief Overview:

The Art of Cooperation

The only barrier between you and what you want is the support of others.

A 2.5 hour interactive workshop designed to help you achieve your 2012 goals through gaining the support and cooperation of others.

Make a difference in your life and in the mission of your organization - come with a list of your desires and leave with a set of proven tools to convert those desires into reality.

Instead of the wisdom to know the difference this workshop provides you with the skills to make a difference.

"It is not enough to do your best. You must first know what to do and then do your best." - W. Edwards Deming

Speaker:

Bill Hyche is the founder and president of The Lead Cloud. The Lead Cloud has been created to help healthcare providers and attorneys increase their revenue and market share in selected consumer driven, high margin service lines through advanced internet marketing technologies.

He has co-founded, grown and sold three technology companies in the healthcare industry. Two of these companies focused on providing patient billing, insurance claim processing and back office accounting systems for physicians and clinics. The first company, Computer Information Architects (CIA), was sold toAustinbased American Physician Service Group (AMPH.) Bill was part of the management team that bought CIA back from AMPH through a leveraged buyout, grew the company and sold it to Medic, a division of Black and Decker. The third company, m3 the Healthcare Learning Company, created and sold computer and web-based education systems for hospitals. These online educations systems provided courseware for employee education related to mandated courses required by the Joint Commission, OSHA and other regulatory agencies. m3 was sold to Healthstream and after the sale the combined companies took the Healthstream public (HSTM) through a successful IPO.

Bill is an entrepreneur, writer, professional speaker and businessman and enjoys distance running, golf and his 5 grandsons. He and his wife Lenora live inAustin,Texas.
