he WomenÂÂ's Global Network is proud to present a private showing of One Peace at a Time, by the Nobelity Project with guest speaker and executive producer of the Nobelity Project, Christy Pipkin. Christy has recently been recognized and featured on the cover of Austin Woman Magazine for her work on a global level to create awareness, impact change and impart action to solve some of the worldÂÂ's biggest problems ÂÂ- poverty, lack of clean water, nutrition, education, health care, overpopulation and environmental change to name just a few. Sponsored in part by the Center for International Business Education and Research of the McCombs School of Business, youÂÂ'll experience an incredible evening of sharing, mixing and mingling and youÂÂ'll also have an opportunity to contribute in a way that makes sense for you. The producers of One Peace at a Time have graciously allowed us to offer the film to you as a part of The WomenÂÂ's Global Network annual fundraising event for its Global Business Partners program and to bring your attention to Turk and Christy Pipkin's efforts to build the Mahiga Hope High School in rural Kenya. There is so very much to be done, creating jobs for women through microfinance and education, building schools for our future generation, providing fresh and drinkable water to families and food for the millions who go hungry each day.
