2009 Old Town Holiday Stroll and Christmas Parade Vendor Rules and Regulations Main Street, Pecan Street, Railroad Avenue - Downtown Pflugerville Show Hours: Saturday, December 12, 2009 8am-10am setup10am-approx. 8pm sidewalk sale open to public(After parade, you may take down. You may load after patrons depart.
