Brad and Paul started jamming Pennywise, Misfits...the usual...and writing some shitty original songs back in late 2002/early 2003. It's not until around mid-2008 that we finally got around to jamming a full band. Getting long time friends Steve Hayes and Mark Walsh to join in. As for the name. Brad, in a semi-altered state of mind, was reading a High Times interview with Joe Rogan and saw that Rogan mentioned that he smokes copious amounts of pot before each and every UFC event.
