Friday evening is a free talk 6-9pm, Saturday is 9:30-5:00. Hakomi is a mindfulness based method used by counselors, medical practitioners, and bodyworkers. In Hakomi we use mindfulness to transform unconscious core beliefs and engage our wholeness.
