Yoga with Beth Dicks

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9am-10am at Health Central. In this class, you can expect to experience a flow of: Breathing techniques Sun Salutations Standing Strength Postures Stretches for the whole body Inversions Balance Core Strengthening Vinyasas Relaxation And sometimes a little yoga philosophy. Each practice will be different, as each day is different. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle. There are yoga mats available on location. If you are not a member at Health Central, you can take advantage of their FREE One Day Pass.
