End your day with 90 minutes of YOGA!! :) I teach Health Central's Tuesday PM class every other week. During this practice, you can expect to experience: Breath Awareness Deep Breathing Practice Half Sun Salutations Sun Salutations Standing Strength Postures Stretches for the whole body Inversions Balance Core Strengthening Vinyasas Relaxation And sometimes a little yoga philosophy. Each practice will be different, as each day is different. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle. There are yoga mats available on location. I hope to see you there! Also, if you are not a member at Health Central, you can take advantage of their FREE One Day Pass. Pick yours up at the front desk, our staff is really friendly and will be happy to help you.
