'Practitioner Only' is two-day course that gives delegates accreditation at PRINCE2 Practitioner level. The course assumes that the delegate already has a Foundation level pass in the PRINCE2 project management methodology and will build on their knowledge of the structure and content of PRINCE2. The Practitioner exam is sat on the second day.
You will learn:

The PRINCE2 project management method
The implications of using and implementing PRINCE2
To apply the principles of PRINCE2 to projects
To manage quality and risk
To deliver projects on time, within budget and to the specified business case

Topics covered:

The eight PRINCE2 processes, and how they are used throughout the life cycle of a project
Components - identifying each component of a PRINCE2 project, and how it supports Project, Risk and Quality Management
Applying PRINCE2 in practice
Unique immersion case study practical exercise
Exam preparation – review of key exam topics; how to answer; mock exams marked by the trainer; and personal feedback for each delegate

Prerequisites:

PRINCE2 Foundation certification
