Do a little front-porch sittin', and celebrate Southern artists and musicians at this month's Culture Shock event. Watch Micah Stansell's film "The Water and the Blood" as it is projected onto the exterior of the Museum; listen to bluegrass and hip hop from The Whiskey Gentry and Ashanti "the Mad Violinist" Floyd; try out your spinning skills at the DIY DJ station; decorate a mason jar for your drinking pleasure in a workshop; and check out Aaron Curry's brightly painted steel sculptures on the Sifly Piazza along with the Museum's permanent and featured exhibits.

General Admission: $15
