I am working to get a group of authors together to rent a booth at the Bronner Brothers International Hair Show in Atlanta February 18-20, 2012. This events brings in over 60,000 people from all over the world in the three day event. The cost for a booth is 1900 plus $60 per badge (over 5), which is a bit steep for most authors, especially independents! My thought is that with all of us going in together the cost per author will be more reasonable and the exposure obtained will be worth it for the entire weekend. All money is due no later than January 1, 2012, so that the booth space can be reserved. If enough participation is not received by the deadline, all money will be returned.
