Ladies! Enjoy this power packed workshop. Filled with real life facts and solutions. Due to limited seating, please only register if you truly plan to attend. This is a special pre-event workshop which has been put in place as a special treat for the ladies.

Couples Boot Camp

11:00am - 12:00pm

Go straight to the root of your issues. 7 ways to take your relationship to the next level. Take down the walls, build stronger levels of commitment and settle unresolved conflicts. You can bring your mate. Don't miss this 2 for one punch intense workshop! What every woman and man needs to know. A must have for singles.

Enjoy lunch with your mate, friends or the ladies at neighboring restaurants. Please return promptly at 1:00pm. Women's Prayer Works will begin on time.

Weighing In

1:30pm - 4:00pm

A step by step journey through building a healthy body, mind, spirit and soul. Life matters. Learn how to take on a Bull Dozer mentality and take a Bungee Jump leap of faith, courage and confidence. This session will also include details on managing your weight and health.

Workshop Supplies

Ladies, please bring paper and pen for notes. Every session will be packed with information. Please also note that men will only be allowed in the couple's session and they may join you for lunch. We also suggest that you dress comfortably.
