* Understand proven systems that make daily operations easier
* Maintain efficient staffing schedules
* Develop budgeting, accounting, and fiscal management systems
* Gain more enrollments through proven marketing strategies

* Develop a professional development plan that retains teachers

* Meet prelicensing 40 hour Directors training requirement!
Opening a new center?? Directors Connections is a must for owners and directors who want to get their center off to a high quality start!
This class takes place over 5 days, January 6th, 7th, 8th, 13th, and 14th. Classes meet from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm each day.
