Empower Campaign Jewelry Sales

The Empower Campaign, founded by OU faculty member, Andria Sherrow, helps provide an education for Africa's orphans and vulnerable children. Our student group helps support Africa’s orphans and vulnerable children by hosting jewelry sales and other social events throughout the school year. Our group is in direct communication with the children we serve; they have our photos, know who we are, and write to us regularly. Their Dreams: Forced to work to survive, Africa’s orphaned and vulnerable children dream of a better life. Education gives these children a chance at a future by giving them the tools they need. Due to HIV/AIDS and poverty, most of orphaned and vulnerable children cannot attend school, but desperately want to. Your Commitment: Volunteer your time to a great cause while adding an impressive line to your resume. Encourage your family and friends to join our efforts by sponsoring a child or hosting a fundraiser.
