Tickets on sale now! Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for food and drinks. Free Lunch Entertainment will be presenting an intimate event at the Melting Point Wednesday February 15 showcasing great local singer-songwriters of Athens. Six fine artists will share the stage together for 2 sets swapping song for song through the night performing their original material. Following the 2nd set will be a performance by the featured artist of the evening, Daniel Hutchins of Bloodkin. I want to extend a big fuzzy invitation to all the good folks of Athens to join us. This night should be very relaxing and a lot of fun. The doors will be at 6:00pm and the show will start at 7:30pm sharp! Come in early and grab a bite to eat, order a tasty beverage and pick the best seat in the house available.
Richard Chamberlain started his musical journey on the drum set and continues to play it with local Athens acts, Tent City, The Other Brothers Band (an Allman Brothers Tribute) and formerly with Free Lunch. Richard always had a passion for writing and wrote songs through the years unknown until now, as he is taking steps into his new solo act. He writes of life observation, love, dreaming and other quirky topics with catchy hooks and melody. Musically the songs carry as much melody as there are chords within them.
