Description
Body Composition Test. Sponsored by UGA Recreational Sports, Fitness and Wellness. A certified personal trainer will determine your percentage lean mass and fat mass using the three-site skinfold test. The test takes less than 5 minutes. Come dressed in workout attire. For best results, do not exercise prior to testing. Cost is $1 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Wellness Resource Center, Room 143 Ramsey Student Center. Contact sconnell@uga.edu
