Malaprop's Presents an Evening with Libba Bray

YA fans, Libba Bray is coming to Asheville for the launch of the third book in the Diviners series, Before the Devil Breaks You. To celebrate in the kind of style that a series of books set in the 1920s demands, we are going to the Masonic Temple, the Art Deco masterpiece on Broadway in downtown Asheville. We hope you will help make it a special night by coming in your best 1920s costumes! Doors will open at 6 pm. The show will start at 6:30. Because this is release day, you will receive your books at the door when you check in. To catch you up on the series: BOOK 1: The Diviners follows a glamorous group of young people in the 1920s who, aided by magic powers, find themselves in an epic battle of good vs. evil when occult-based murders come to light. BOOK 2: In Lair of Dreams, Libba Bray takes readers deeper into the mystical underbelly of New York City. BOOK 3: In Before the Devil Breaks You, The Diviners are up against a group of new and malevolent foes ghosts! Out in Randall's and Ward's Islands sits two mental hospitals full of lost souls from people long forgotten. Ghosts who have unusual and dangerous ties to the Man in the Stovetop Hat also known as the King of Crows. With terrible accounts of murder and possession flooding in from all over New York City, the Diviners must band together and brave the asylums to bring down the King of Crows.
