Dave Stone has emerged from Atlanta's increasingly noted comedy scene voice, making a name for himself with appearances at clubs and festivals across the nation (including Laugh Your Asheville Off). RooftopComedy.com awarded Dave their 2010 "Silver Nail" award, naming him one of the top 8 up-and-coming comics in the country. Dave is a founding member of the nationally acclaimed "Beards of Comedy Tour," whose second album (Cardio Mix) was released on Comedy Central Records in November 2011. Dave was recently named "Atlanta's Best Comedian" by winning the 100-comic "Laughing Skull Homegrown Comedy Competition," and can also be heard voicing several characters on Adult Swim's hit series "Squidbillies" on the Cartoon Network.

Other date-less people performing that night include Asheville's Grayson Morris and Peter Smith-McDowell. Asheville Disclaimer's Tom Scheve is hosting instead of doing something romantic for his wife. LAB's back stage is an incredible room for comedy, and has been home to performances by Moshe Kasher, Joe DeRosa, and Tom Segura. The Back Stage has a full bar, and features some of the best sound and light design in the region.Doors open at 8pm, show starts at 9pm. Come early (or stay late) and enjoy dinner and drinks at LAB.
