7 AM 1.5 Hour Meditation - Experience the Infinite

Dear Friends: Please join us at 7 AM for a 1.5 hour meditation. Many attendees have found this to be refreshing and experienced deep stillness from the gathering. If you are a novice meditator, come and experience the peace of longer meditations. If you are a proficient meditator, lend the clarity of your consciousness to those who would benefit by your presence. You may sit in meditation through the duration or you may also stand up and walk around silently for 5-10 minutes at 7:50 AM. Sitting for longer during meditation is an excellent way to experiment with going deeper than usual into your practice. With proper internalization of attention and surrender in God, superconscious realizations are more easily experienced. This meetup is on a donation basis.
