YOGA AT THE FLYING IRISH STUDIOYoga is a centuries old method of maintaining health and well-being through series of poses (known as asanas) breathing and meditation. It has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, increase flexibility and improve the function of the whole body system.
At the Flying Irish Studio, our classes accommodate students at all levels of experience. Our classes are for adults of all ages, shapes or sizes. No experience or flexibility is required; poses are adapted to each person's ability level. More advanced students will learn harder versions of the poses, while props and modifications are available for those who need them.
Each class will practice many different Hatha yoga postures, learning correct alignment and moving with your breath. Your flexibility and strength will improve as you invigorate your body and calm your mind.
